Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "q999", "we", "us", "our" refers to the q999 platform and its operating entity, an internationally licensed online gaming and sports betting operator.
• "Platform" refers to the q999 website accessible at q999.im, including all associated sub-pages, services, applications, and features.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the q999 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the q999 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) funds held within a Player's q999 Account at any given time, including both real-money balance and any eligible bonus balance where separately designated.
• "Bet" / "Wager" refers to any financial stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, fishing game, or any other wagering product offered on the q999 platform.
• " Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, or non-cashable balance awarded to a Player under a specific promotional offer.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by q999 for account verification and withdrawal processing.
• "BDT" / "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which q999 Accounts are denominated.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all date and time references on the q999 platform.

References to a "day" mean a calendar day in BST unless stated otherwise. References to "writing" or "written" include email communication sent to or from the q999 official support address.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the q999 platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement is formed at the moment you complete the registration process and click the acceptance confirmation during sign-up.

These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any specific rules, bonus terms, game rules, or promotional conditions published elsewhere on the q999 platform. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional condition and these Terms, the specific promotional condition shall prevail in relation to that specific promotion only — in all other respects, these Terms take precedence.

q999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following the publication of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to the q999 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are aged 21 years or older. q999 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, bet, or access any gaming content on the platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party in connection with any Account activity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee, contractor, or director of q999 or any of its affiliated game suppliers.
• You have not previously been excluded from the q999 platform by self-exclusion request or by administrative closure for violation of these Terms.

q999 employs age verification checks at the point of registration and again during the KYC process triggered by withdrawal requests above ৳10,000. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, and any balance held pending investigation. q999 will not return funds deposited by a minor and will report the matter in accordance with applicable international child protection standards.

Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the q999 platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. q999 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

q999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided during registration or at any subsequent point. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Acceptable proof-of-address documents include utility bills, bank statements, or official correspondence issued within the last three months.

Accounts registered with false, misleading, or incomplete information will be suspended without notice. Any winnings accrued on such an Account prior to detection may be forfeited in their entirety at q999's sole discretion.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your q999 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

q999 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on their Account. This feature is available in the Account security settings. q999 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the q999 support team immediately at [email protected]. q999 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your Account during the investigation period for your protection.

q999 will never contact you by phone, email, or any other channel to request your password, PIN, or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to be from q999 that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits to q999 Accounts are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). q999 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier and are displayed within the Deposit section of your Account dashboard.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time for mobile banking channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) under normal operating conditions. Card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 30 minutes to be credited. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within the expected timeframe, you should contact q999 support with your transaction reference number.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your q999 Account are from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. q999 reserves the right to request evidence of ownership of any payment method at any time. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name may be reversed and your Account suspended pending investigation.

q999 does not charge any fee for deposits. However, your mobile banking provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges, for which q999 accepts no responsibility. All transactions are subject to the processing terms and conditions of the respective payment provider.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by Players whose Accounts have completed the standard KYC verification process. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods previously used to deposit into the Account, in accordance with q999's anti-money-laundering policy.

Processing timelines for verified Accounts are as follows:

• Standard Accounts: Withdrawals processed within 2–4 hours during business hours (09:00–23:00 BST).
• Gold VIP Accounts: Withdrawals processed within 1–2 hours, seven days a week.
• Platinum VIP Accounts: Same-day processing guaranteed for requests submitted before 20:00 BST.

q999 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended where q999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, account compromise, or a breach of these Terms. q999 will notify the Player of any such delay via their registered email address.

Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Only real-money balance that meets withdrawal eligibility criteria may be submitted for withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

q999 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL season, Pohela Boishakh, and Eid. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps.

General bonus conditions applicable to all q999 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once per household, device, IP address, and payment method.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement (typically expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount, e.g., 10x, 15x, or 20x) before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonus Funds are used for wagering after real-money balance has been exhausted, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• q999 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus claimed in good faith prior to cancellation will be honoured subject to the original terms.
• Attempting to abuse bonus terms — including but not limited to placing qualifying bets on all outcomes of an event, using multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, or wagering on prohibited game categories during a bonus period — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in Account suspension.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the q999 sportsbook are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules applicable to cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other covered sports are published in the dedicated Betting Rules section of the q999 platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final and binding once confirmed by the q999 system. No bet may be cancelled or amended by the Player after the point of confirmation, except where specifically permitted by a cash-out feature.
• q999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a pricing error, data feed failure, or technical malfunction. Players will be notified and the stake returned in the event of a void.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, q999 applies the rules of the relevant governing body (ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, etc.) to determine settlement. Bets on events that do not commence within 24 hours of the scheduled start time (BST) will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise stated.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by sport, market type, and account tier.
• q999 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or decline bets from any Player at its sole discretion, including where patterns of betting suggest the exploitation of pricing errors or the use of automated betting tools.

Casino & Game Rules

All casino games, live dealer games, slot titles, and fishing games available on the q999 platform are operated by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By launching and playing any game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the rules of that specific game.

RNG (Random Number Generator) games on q999 — including slots and fishing games — utilise certified random number generation technology audited by independent testing laboratories. q999 does not manipulate the outcome of any RNG game and does not have the ability to do so after the game client has been initialised by the Player's device.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnection, game freeze, or display error — q999's system logs will be used to determine the state of the game at the point of interruption. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault attributable to q999's infrastructure, the stake for that round will be returned to the Player's Account balance. q999 is not responsible for interruptions caused by the Player's own internet connection or device.

Responsible Gaming

q999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a range of player-protection tools accessible from every Account dashboard. These tools include daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days; and full self-exclusion options. Players are strongly encouraged to use these tools proactively.

Self-exclusion requests submitted through the q999 Account dashboard or via the support team at [email protected] take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, q999 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the platform, including blocking login attempts from registered devices. Players who are self-excluded may not re-register or open a new Account during the exclusion period.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the q999 platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected exploit will be voided.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, spin slots, or interact with the platform in place of manual human play.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games or poker variants to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing the q999 platform via a VPN, proxy server, or any other tool designed to mask your true geographic location or identity.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt practice in relation to any sporting event offered on the q999 sportsbook.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring Account access or Account balance to any third party.

Account Suspension & Closure

q999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where q999 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Players.

Upon permanent Account closure for cause, q999 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the Account pending investigation. Where investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the verified real-money balance (excluding any bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting q999 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance at the point of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player subject to standard KYC verification.

Intellectual Property

All content on the q999 platform — including but not limited to the q999 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, images, odds data, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of q999 or its licensed content providers. No content from the q999 platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, broadcast, or used in any derivative work without the prior written consent of q999.

Game content, including game artwork, audio, mechanics, and mathematics, is the intellectual property of the respective game studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and is licensed to q999 for display on the platform. Unauthorised scraping, mirroring, or reproduction of game content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, q999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to the use of the q999 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their q999 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

q999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the q999 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress, even if q999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

q999 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. q999 will make reasonable efforts to notify Players of scheduled maintenance in advance. q999 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability.

Amendments to Terms

q999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it substantially alters Player rights or obligations — q999 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by displaying a prominent notice on the q999 platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to Players' registered email addresses.

For non-material amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of existing rights, or the addition of new clause numbers for organisational purposes — q999 may update the Terms without advance notice. The effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance prior to the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the q999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

q999 operates under an international offshore gaming licence. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which q999 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the q999 internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing authority's designated dispute resolution body.

Nothing in this clause shall affect any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws applicable in Bangladesh. q999 acknowledges that the legality of online gambling varies across jurisdictions and strongly advises all Players to verify that online gambling is lawful in their local jurisdiction before registering. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the q999 platform complies with applicable local laws.
